Specially formulated to prepare the skin for LED, it dissolves all traces of oil, dirt and make-up with its combination of Enzyme Protease and Enzyme Lipase. Hydrating Peptide Serum delivers intense hydration and locks in moisture for soft, supple and luminous skin. Soothes and strengthens the skin’s natural barrier to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, rejuvenate elasticity, and calm inflammation. Brightens and renews the skin’s surface whilst LED treats deep from within. Begin your skincare journey with our gentle-but-effective Enzymatic Cleanser and Mask – combining a silky cleanser and weekly exfoliating mask – and finish with our intensely moisturising Hydrating Peptide Serum for skin that’s left plumped, smoothed, hydrated, and perfectly prepared for LED. Cleanse:Apply to dry skin, add a small amount of water, and massage in circular movements using gentle pressure. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Serum: Gently pat into cleansed skin. Wait 30 seconds for the serum to absorb before applying further products. For best results, follow with your Boost LED Mask to treat the skin from within for a youthful and healthy glow. Salon technology at-home: We recommend treating your skin a minimum of 3 to 5 days a week for a minimum of 4 weeks. Maintenance treatments should then be continued as required, according to lifestyle and skin condition. |

| How to use your Boost |
Before Boosting, charge the controller using only the supplied cable and plug. Do not attach the controller to your Mask whilst charging. Once fully charged (all 3 lights will be illuminated), detach the controller from the charging cable. Your Mask will not work if it is attached to the charging cable. Take your Mask and place the longer strap across the top of the head, shorter strap across the back of the head. It should feel secure, but comfortable and not tight Attach the controller to your Mask. To turn on your Mask firmly press the button on your controller. Your Mask will automatically turn off after 10 minutes. Store your Mask flat, look after it and it will look after you. |
| Cleaning the Boost LED Mask |
Clean the transparent side of the Mask with a water-based wipe or damp clean cloth. Clean the rear of the Mask, and the entire surface of the controller with a water-based wipe or damp clean cloth. Place the Mask on a clean dry surface to air dry. Visually inspect the surfaces to ensure they are clean. Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol. DO NOT use any other cleaning products as these may damage the plastics. |

| Returns & Refunds |
Boost Device Refunds and Returns For hygiene reasons, Boost LED devices that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. However, we do offer a 14-day cooling-off period if the product is not used and you change your mind.
In this event, we will refund the price paid in full, subject to any deduction we are entitled to make if the item returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged. Full details of our refund policy can be viewed here. If you wish to return a Boost device please contact us and we will organise collection by DHL.
Skincare Products Refunds and Returns
Unwanted Skincare Products must be returned in a saleable condition within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Skincare Products must be unused and in their original packaging when they are returned to us (unfortunately Cleanse & Recovery sprays cannot be returned). We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Skincare Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Skincare Product or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
If you wish to return an item we recommend using a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For or Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are in transit. We will refund the original postage costs paid for all UK orders.
Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside the European Union, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned. Costs to return the product to us in the UK will be advised as necessary. Orders shipped to an address within the European Union will be refunded the price of the products returned minus shipping charges. I looked at many reviews of the mask from various sites - mostly very favourable but I am a disbeliever still!! But I thought I’d give it a try as it was a lot cheaper than similar masks. So glad I bought it … I’m in my 50’s with menopausal skin - saggy, sallow and just basically yuk !! I cannot believe the difference …my skin feels tighter and looks brighter already. Make-up looks better because of this too. My sun damage is getting lighter so that’s a bonus. I didn’t use it for a week whilst on holiday and quickly lost the tautness on my jaw line. So use it most days and you’ll certainly see a difference ( I’d forgotten what my jawline looked like !!). Can certainly recommend.
