Partner terms & brand guidelines

By placing an order with The Light Salon, you agree to the following Partner Terms. These guidelines help maintain our premium brand positioning and support a consistent, successful partnership.

1. Pricing & Promotions
Our products have a recommended retail price (RRP) for each market, reflecting The Light Salon's premium positioning. We ask that our products are advertised at RRP, and that any promotion is a defined offer rather than a standing price.

2. Brand Presentation
As a premium LED skincare brand, we ask that The Light Salon products are presented in a way that reflects our quality, identity and positioning. This includes considered product presentation, accurate product information and placement within an appropriate retail environment. All product descriptions and treatment claims must be accurate and consistent with The Light Salon's approved materials.

3. Brand Assets
Approved logos, product imagery and marketing collateral will be provided once your opening order has been paid. These assets should be used as supplied, in accordance with our brand guidelines. Any significant adaptations or new creative applications require prior approval. We value our partnerships and welcome collaboration on campaigns, promotional opportunities and creative initiatives that reflect our shared commitment to quality.
4. Referral Account
Once your partner account is live and an initial opening order has been placed, we will provide a referral code for you to share with your clients. Your 15% commission will be paid following each successful order. Codes, tracked links, and your commission reporting are all handled on our affiliate platform.
