The Light Salon founders Laura Ferguson and Hannah Measures have been friends since 1999, and obsessed with light therapy since 2006. After decades of searching for a solution to her acne-prone skin, and a career working in London’s most exclusive spas, Laura was introduced to LED and her complexion was transformed. Seeing the dramatic difference in Laura and her clients’ skin, and knowing how relatively inaccessible LED technology was, the pair became determined to democratise the advanced LED space. 

In 2015, they pioneered the LED skincare movement by creating the UK’s first LED facial bar, combining the latest technology with a luxe spa experience, delivered with convenience. 

They went on to develop Boost, an award-winning range of wearable LED for the face, hair and body, making light therapy accessible to individuals and salon professionals alike on a global scale, and establishing The Light Salon as leaders in a beauty-tech revolution.
