How often can I use my Nano-Dermabrasion Pen?
You can treat the whole face once a week or, treat one particular zone at a time. It’s even gentle enough to use on the lips and around the eyes.
The Nano-Dermabrasion Pen can also be used weekly on the neck, décolletage and scalp.

What skincare can I use with the Nano-Dermabrasion Pen?
The Boost Enzymatic Cleanser is included in the Nano-Dermabrasion Pen set, and when used in a 3-step skincare routine, offers a thorough but gentle resurfacing treatment that leaves the skin both smooth and hydrated.

The Nano-Dermabrasion Pen can also be combined with a nourishing serum or essence.

Does the Nano-Dermabrasion Pen remove facial hair?
The Nano-Tip is not designed or able to remove hair.

Can you use the Boost devices straight after Nano-Dermabrasion?
Yes, The Pen complements your LED routine perfectly, creating a smooth canvas for even light absorption and delivering gentle, but professional-grade resurfacing while our wavelengths work to renew and plump from deep within.

Can I use the Nano-Dermabrasion Pen on sensitive skin?
The Pen can be used on all skin types. However, do not use on broken skin, active blemishes or acne. Do not also use on cold sores or contagious skin conditions.

Will the Nano-Dermabrasion Pen cause redness?
Your skin will be pink during and post treatment, however that's temporary and an indication of the activity taking place on the surface of the skin.

When you see slight pinkness/ erythema during the treatment, it is a good indication to move onto another section.

Will the Nano-Dermabrasion Pen cause skin shedding?
The nano-dermabrasion will not cause the skin to shed when used alone, however if you use it prior to an AHA peel or similar procedure, the AHA peel might make the skin shed.

Is there an age recommendation?
You can use the Nano-Dermabrasion Pen from 18 years of age.

Are the Nano-Tips single use?
The Nano-Tips are sterile and individual use only (do not share). However, you can repeat use by soaking the nano-tip in 75% alcohol for 2-3 minutes, after treatment use and pre-treatment use.

How often can I repeat use of the Nano-Tip?
We recommend using the Nano-Tip for up to 5 full face treatments.

• Do not use on broken skin or active blemishes or acne.
• Do not use on cold sores or contagious skin conditions.

Skincare Products
Unwanted, unused skincare products must be returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Cleanse & Recovery Sprays cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item we recommend using a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For or Recorded Delivery.

We reserve the right to consider the condition of any skincare product you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the product or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are in transit. We will refund the original postage costs paid for all UK orders.

Boost LED Mask, Bib, Collar & Patch
For hygiene reasons, Boost LED devices that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. However, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period if the product is unused and you change your mind.

In this event, we will refund the price paid in full, subject to any deduction we are entitled to make for collection and if the item returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged.

Standard Warranty
Under normal use, this product is guaranteed for 2 years after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Exceptions
The lithium battery is guaranteed for 1 year after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

For hygiene reasons, Boost Nano-Derm and bt-sculpt devices that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. However, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period if the product is unused and you change your mind.

In this event, we will refund the price paid in full, subject to any deduction we are entitled to make for collection and if the item returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged.

If you wish to return a Boost device contact us and we will organise collection (DHL for International customers, DPD for UK customers).

For orders shipped outside the European Union we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or special delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned. Costs to return the product to us in the UK will be advised as necessary.

Orders shipped to an address within the European Union will be refunded the price of the products returned minus shipping charges. Costs to return the product to us in the UK will be advised as necessary.
