Who should take Enhanced Synbiotic?
A healthy microbiome is not just important for IBS support and digestive health, it also influences mental wellbeing, metabolic health, sexual health, immune function and skin health. Optimising gut health is essential for overall wellbeing.
Can I take Enhanced Synbiotic whilst on antibiotics?
Yes, we recommend taking it 2 hours away from your antibiotic.
When will I notice a difference?
It's common to feel a difference in digestive health and bowel regularity right away. The more systemic benefits, like immunity, skin health, mood, and metabolism, will appear over time.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
No, it can be kept at room temperature.
Is it safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Enhanced Synbiotic is a safe food supplement that supports the microbiome and does not contain any ingredients contraindicated in pregnancy. That being said, you should always check with your doctor before starting anything new during your pregnancy.
What's the difference between G.I. Fix and Enhanced Synbiotic?
G.I Fix is designed specifically to support IBS and inflammation in the gut. It contains botanicals that are mucilagenous, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, immunoprotective and prokinetc, in addition to synergistic strains of bacteria that are supportive for IBS. Enhanced Synbiotic is designed specifically to provide multifaceted microbiome support. It has strains that are beneficial to mental, sexual, metabolic, immune, skin, and digestive health, as well as digestive enzymes that enhance the breakdown and assimilation of nutrients. Think of it like a multivitamin for your microbiome.
Do you have to wear eye protection whilst using the Boost Mask?
The Boost Mask has been tested to the highest internationally recognised eye safety standards and has been deemed safe to use on uncovered eyes. However, we do provide a pair of optional eyeshields to use, if you have eye sensitivity to light glare.
Does the Boost LED Mask deliver light that is 100% UV free?
Red and Near-Infrared are on the opposite spectrum of light to UV and neither the in-salon treatment or the Boost LED mask contain any UV light.
How often can I use my Boost device?
We recommend a minimum of 3-5x per week, but in fact love to use ours daily - which is the beauty and convenience of a wearable device.
Can my Boost device be used after Botox / filler/ face procedures?
Yes, the Boost can be applied post injectables. Swelling from injectables normally occurs about 8 hours afterwards, so best time to apply is 6-8 hours afterwards. LED will take down the swelling in a day but bruising tends to take longer to treat.
Best practice for bruising is to use LED consistently for 2 days prior, as that will lessen your chances for bruising, and then continue for the week after.
Can my Boost device be used straight after surgery?
LED is most effective in post-surgical treatment, if it begins 24 hours after the surgery, and continues for three days. However, you can continue treatment for as long and as often as you wish, as the treatment will continue to benefit your healing tissues.
Applying pre surgery, for a least two days, will also speed up the healing time.
What skincare can I use with the Boost Mask?
Boost skincare has been scientifically formulated to enhance the effects of LED, and is the only product range to serve this specific purpose.
Does the Boost Mask or Collar stimulate facial hair?
We have very different hair on our head to our face, so there is no need to worry.
Can I use the Boost devices with at home skin tools, such as microcurrent?
Yes, LED is safe to use with almost all other skincare modalities.
Can you use the Boost devices straight after microneedling?
Yes, and in fact the creator of microneedling recommends that LED is always used in combination.
Can the Boost Mask or Collar help rosacea?
Yes, we’ve had brilliant feedback on the results the Boost LED Mask has had on rosacea and redness.
Is there an age recommendation?
You can use Boost LED from 16 years of age. We do not have clinical research on the use of wearable Boost LED on under 16s, so use on younger teenagers and children is at the choice and risk of the parent. As each child’s healing and recovery journey is different, we recommend seeking advice from your doctor prior to use.

“Favorite beauty purchase of the year, I use it almost every night. It is easy to stay consistent and incorporate into my routine. Customer service is also excellent - highly recommend!”
“The Boost LED Mask is my new anti-ageing obsession. The main improvements in my skin that I've noticed are less redness, brighter and more even skin tone, & plumper looking skin.”
“Highly recommend. I have been using Enhanced Synbiotic for nearly a month now and have noticed a huge difference with my skin and bloating. I have alway struggled with breakouts around my chin and this has completely cleared it.”
“As someone who's perimenopausal, my skin is changing - and having taken Skin Clinic for a year now, I feel some of that change has slowed down. My skin is brighter, firmer and generally "better" all round. Really happy with Skin Clinic, it's part of my daily routine and I can't see that changing.”
The Boost LED Face Mask's precision wavelengths are the most clinically proven to renew the skin at a cellular level. Red 633nm wavelengths target and restore the skin’s surface, reducing inflammation and redness, and plumping the complexion. Near-infrared 830nm wavelengths are absorbed deeper than the dermis, triggering your cells’ production of collagen and elastin, treating pigmentation and age spots, and enhancing skin health.
LED (Light Emitting Diode) therapy is a non-invasive treatment that works at a deep, cellular level. Delivered at the correct intensity, our precision wavelengths trigger your skin cells to renew and replenish themselves more efficiently and effectively.
Red 633nm wavelengths target and restore the surface of the skin. They reduce inflammation and redness, and plump the complexion. Near-infrared 830nm wavelengths are absorbed deeper than the dermis, triggering your skin’s natural production of collagen and elastin, which keep it firm and supple.
