Refund and Returns Policy

Skincare Products Refunds and Returns

Unwanted Skincare Products must be returned in a saleable condition within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Skincare Products must be unused and in their original packaging when they are returned to us (unfortunately Cleanse & Recovery sprays cannot be returned).

We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Skincare Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Skincare Product or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

If you wish to return an item we recommend using a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For or Recorded Delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are in transit. We will refund the original postage costs paid for all UK orders

Boost Device Refunds and Returns

For hygiene reasons, Boost LED Treatment devices that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. However, we do offer a 14-day cooling-off period if the product is not used and you change your mind.

In this event, we will refund the price paid in full, subject to any deduction we are entitled to make for collection and if the item returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged.

Standard Warranty
Under normal use this product is guaranteed for 2 years after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Exceptions
The lithium battery is guaranteed for 1 year after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:

- Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
- Servicing by unauthorised persons
- Connection to incorrect power sources
- Use with unauthorised accessories

If you wish to return a Boost device please contact us and we will organise collection by DHL.

Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside the European Union, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned. Costs to return the product to us in the UK will be advised as necessary.

Orders shipped to an address within the European Union will be refunded the price of the products returned minus shipping charges. Costs to return the product to us in the UK will be advised as necessary.
